I highly recommend Daniel Donahue, he is absolutely amazing! I received 2 citations for an accident on the Outer banks. I clipped 2 vehicles that stopped abruptly in front of me on a wet road while pulling a 30 ft. RV. I couldn’t stop in time, I veered off the road to the right to avoid hitting the vehicles, my vehicle jackknifed and the RV hit both anyway. My vehicle rolled onto the driver’s side facing the opposite direction and came to a stop with the RV on top of it. All vehicles involved were totaled but thankfully no injuries. I received 2 traffic citations for Failure to maintain my lane and Failure to stop. I contacted Mr. Donahue’s office, explained the events of the accident and citations. Mr. Donahue made an offer to represent me in court regarding the 2 citations. His offer was very reasonable so I immediately retained his services. After a couple of continuances waiting for the insurance companies to settle, Mr. Donahue represented me in court where he was able to have the citations dismissed with nothing else required. That is the absolute best outcome I could have hoped for and did not expect based on my driving record and the accident. If I ever had to go to traffic court in Dare County I would not hesitate to use or recommend Mr. Donahue’s service. I can’t thank him enough for representing me in court over this matter.
